XRAY X4'22 Helpful tips & setups
Tips: Installing the hex on the driveshaft - Make 100% sure you have the flat spot lined up on the axle with the cutout in the hex as shown in the manual. If you do not do this, it will make disassembly so much harder. The flat spot is there so you can fit a flathead screwdriver in between the shaft and the c-clip to pop it off when you want to remove the hex. Also, when removing the c-clip I would recommend pointing it down into your pit mat/towel so the clip does not go flying and disappear. Assembling the upper arms - Make sure to grease the threads on the camber screw (302640). This will make assembly and camber adjustments much easier. Also, when adjusting camber you want to make sure you hold the upper arm so it does not twist while you turn the screw. Droop - It is important to remove the shocks. All team setup sheets will show droop settings with shocks removed. Simply detaching them from the arm will do. This is a change from how we set droop in the past. Setups:
**If the super mods on this forum were actually right, and handled things correctly, they would not have gone back and deleted all the posts to hide things  ***And since they are in the deleting mood now, they might as well go ahead and just delete all the images of the setup sheet, as originally requested via private comms.

While I do not disregard your theory, the fact that Hagberg posted it on his IG, leads me to believe that it is a class/car that he drives. Typically, I don't see him posting/promoting regarding Off-road vehicles or other classes that he is not running. I could be wrong, but just hyping it up.

The theory is the T4 is being deprecated and a all new TC platform will take it's place.

Heard a tiny rumor it will be closer to MTC2 style. Don't know how true this is. Xray typically make very tiny changes after a recent big change (T4 2020)
But also a part number announced for the T4 '22 coming in two months....who knows...

I think they wouldn't invest in development and molds for a car that has not a big market.
I'm anticipating a new T4 car redesign with hopefully shared/compatible consumables from the T4 (long arms, hubs, belts, etc).
The arms and belts have close to 2 years right now from T4 2020, there hasn't been a ROI compared to the T2 arms which had 15+ years?
They could do both cars at the same time, similar to how S-Brand had two cars, traditional and innovative; and see which one takes the better performance.

Whatever it is, I’m sure we will soon get a series of 12 YouTube videos that will tease it bit by bit… 
All kidding aside, I definitely respect how they just go all out on some of their product reveals. The series of videos for last year’s XB4 ‘21 reveal was pretty slick.

Yeah, I like the idea of having T4 being the existing touring chassis with the Xray durability, and X4 being the new innovative touring platform aiming at AMX and MTC2.

Since they do all of their tooling and machining in house which helps to keep their prototype and production costs relatively low in comparison to outsourcing ....could be anything... as an x-ray Fanboy I'm dying to know... Are they changing the designation of the t4 to an X4 is it a four-wheel drive Short course truck could be anything.... I patiently await the next teaser
